Job Responsibility
Lead and coach the operations team in optimising and developing the IKEA Food business by securing the IKEA brand position, strategies, legal compliance and people & planet positive in all IKEA touchpoints
Support your leadership team in managing the recruitment, retention, performance management, succession planning and competence development of the team
Formulate, lead and execute the department’s action plans alongside an overview of the store business plan
Secure processes and procedures to ensure quality of food, food safety, excellence in operations and reduce waste
Implement global and national compliance standards, managing the food supply chain and range competence within the store
Secure an irresistible food offer by ensuring quality and an appealing range presentation
Requirements
Previous leadership experience in a fast-food environment
Passionate about creating an unforgettable customer experience through your love for food, the products and service delivery
An experienced and inspirational leader who can bring out the best in your team and have an inherent nature to develop and nurture growth in people
A customer centric mindset and are driven to analyse customer insights to identify opportunities and with your team implement and execute action plans
Confident in driving business through commerciality and have experience in managing costs, budgets, and rosters
A strong communicator, with influencing and negotiating skills, you have the with the ability to collaborate and engage cross-functional teams to drive the IKEA Food agenda
