Job Responsibility

  • Lead and guide the food team in maximising sales through commercial and operational excellence to deliver to the common objectives and goals
  • Ensure that the food offer is locally relevant throughout the different sales channels by acting on insights from the local market potential and collaborating with the team and key stakeholders in the business to attract visitors
  • Ensure food financial results (top and bottom line) are according to unit and national frames
  • Ensure that global and national compliance standards are met to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
  • Act as a member of the Commercial Management Team and proactively contribute to the creation and implementation of the unit yearly action plan

Requirements

  • University degree and 4 years of related experience, or minimum 8 years of related experience
  • Minimum 3 years of managerial experience
  • Solid experience in a high-volume food or hospitality environment
