Job Responsibility:

  • Support Food Purchasing Team's daily work with flexibilities, might cover purchasing, logistic, quality and engineering tasks upon business needs
  • Assist sourcing of new food suppliers and supply market study
  • Assist in data collection and analysis (e.g. product specifications)
  • Assist to support regular system maintenance and news follow up
  • Assist to support Japan business team with document, system, translation as well as meeting with suppliers

Requirements:

  • Working days: approx. 3-4 days per week
  • Education: no limit (postgraduate student grade 2 above will be better, more flexible time)
  • Good at communication, detail-oriented, structured, and analytical, quick learner, proactive attitude
  • English: proficient in written English, workable in oral English
  • Japanese: workable in oral Japanese and written translation
  • Computer: good at MS office (excel, ppt etc.), system experience is preferred
  • Expected on-board date: within 2 weeks
  • Internship lead time: more than 6 months
