Join our Product Innovation and Insights team and take ownership of a dynamic, state-of-the-art pilot plant facility.
Job Responsibility
Ownership of H&S, quality and food safety systems — including inductions, training and ongoing compliance monitoring
Managing calibration and servicing schedules for approximately 50+ items of equipment (both internal and external)
Coordinating contractors, raising purchase orders, managing site visits and filing documentation
Auditing all areas for housekeeping, ingredient storage and GMP standards
Managing the pilot plant diary and access control to maximise utilisation and avoid scheduling conflicts
Carrying out and overseeing risk assessments (IOSH Managing Safely), PUWER and COSHH assessments
Acting as point of contact for pest control, PAT testing, water testing and FES liaison
Chairing the quarterly steering group and producing minutes and actions
Supporting project teams with practical work, paperwork sign-off and client-facing activity
Driving the Pilot Plant 2025 Strategy and identifying CAPEX requirements
Requirements
Educated to at least A-level standard
HACCP Level 3 or above
Proven knowledge of quality management systems and regulatory compliance
