As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience. Receive, check, and safely handle all incoming food deliveries, using proper manual‑handling techniques and pallet jacks to move stock to designated areas. Store and organise products in freezer, cool room, and ambient locations, ensuring compliance with food safety, temperature standards, and correct stock rotation. Maintain accurate stock levels by participating in regular stock counts and supporting the stock take process to ensure inventory accuracy.

Requirements:
Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation
Experienced with working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people
Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks
1–2+ years in goods receival, warehousing, or logistics
food preferred
Proven record of stock accuracy and on‑time receival in busy dock operations
Familiar with FIFO/FEFO, temperature monitoring, and handling perishables
Nice to have:
Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded
