Job Description:

The Food Delivery Program Manager is responsible for leading and overseeing the execution, performance, and continuous improvement of Circle K’s food delivery programs across multiple store locations. This role ensures a seamless, customer-focused experience by managing delivery operations, optimizing performance, and supporting cross-functional alignment across merchandising, operations, IT, and third-party delivery providers. The successful candidate will help drive growth in the on-demand convenience space, supporting customer expectations for speed, quality, and service.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage the day-to-day operations of Circle K’s food delivery programs across assigned markets
  • Ensure timely, accurate, and customer-centric delivery fulfillment in coordination with store teams and third-party platforms
  • Lead program rollouts in new stores or markets, including technology integration, operational readiness, and staff training
  • Maintain and enforce service standards, operational policies, and food safety compliance
  • Troubleshoot delivery issues and coordinate resolutions between store operations and external providers
  • Work closely with merchandising, operations, and store teams to ensure alignment and program consistency
  • Provide tools, resources, and ongoing support to store teams to help them deliver high-quality service
  • Support marketing and promotional activities that drive delivery channel growth and engagement
  • Analyze delivery KPIs such as order volume, speed, accuracy, cancellations, and customer satisfaction
  • Identify operational bottlenecks or inefficiencies and implement process improvements
  • Provide regular reporting and actionable insights to leadership teams
  • Stay up to date on delivery trends, technologies, and customer expectations to enhance program value
  • Liaise with third-party delivery providers to manage service levels and resolve performance issues
  • Ensure service contracts and relationships align with Circle K’s standards and customer experience goals

Requirements:

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, supply chain, operations management, or a related field
  • 3–5 years of experience in retail, QSR, convenience, logistics, or e-commerce operations
  • Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
  • Strong project management and organizational skills
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with order management or delivery tracking systems
  • Ability to travel within assigned regions as required
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with evolving priorities
  • Passionate about retail innovation, operational excellence, and customer satisfaction
  • May require up to 30% of travel
