As an IKEA Food Co-worker, you will be part of a team that enhances the customer experience, drives business growth, and contributes to a sustainable future. Join us to create a better everyday life for the many people!

Job Responsibility:

Ensure a safe, healthy, delicious, sustainable, affordable, and joyful food experience for customers
act as a brand ambassador for IKEA and IKEA Retail Food
implement global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers
apply retail foundations and sales steering tools to optimize commerciality
seek and act upon customer feedback to continuously improve the food experience
take initiative and responsibility in daily operations to enhance efficiency and customer satisfaction
contribute to the implementation of the unit business plan and the IKEA Retail Food business plan
support the global and national sustainability strategies through food operations.

Requirements:

sales-driven, always striving to exceed customer expectations and enhance their experience
enjoy working in a dynamic environment and are motivated by continuous improvement and innovation
strong communication skills and the ability to build trustful relationships

experience working in a high-volume, customer-facing environment
self-reliant and self-motivated and can work both independently and as part of a team.
