As a Food Coordinator your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Contributing to the implementation of global and national compliance standards to secure a safe environment for customers and co-workers. Ensuring that every customer has a consistent and excellent shopping experience by supporting the team to see through the customer’s eyes. Applying the appropriate processes and actions daily to secure Food Safety, operational standards and reduce waste. Applying the retail foundation and sales steering tools to optimise commerciality and secure excellence in operations. Overseeing the daily operations of the commercial and/or operations team, including allocating tasks and coordinating breaks, while analysing processes to continually improve in daily operations and commercial activities. Contributing to the implementation of the unit business plan, IKEA Retail Food business plan and other action plans including the implementation of the global and national sustainability strategies.

Requirements:
Demonstrated ability to coordinate the day-to-day operations on the floor and delegate tasks to others based on priorities

Excellent communications skills with the ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
