Job Description:

Coordinate food operations at IKEA, ensuring food safety, minimizing waste, and providing excellent customer service while leading daily operations and supporting continuous improvement.

Job Responsibility:

Act daily to secure food safety and minimize food waste
Oversee daily operations of the operations team including allocating tasks and coordinating breaks
Support analysis and continuous improvement of processes
Ensure all required compliance activities are completed and recorded
Ensure excellent shopping experience for customers

Requirements:

Demonstrated ability to coordinate day-to-day operations and delegate tasks
Experience working in a commercial kitchen environment
Customer centric mind-set
Excellent communication skills with ability to influence and communicate effectively at all levels
Curiosity and drive to continuously learn and develop
Adaptability to lead and support during change
