As an IKEA Food Co-worker your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to: Ensuring your area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting to provide a positive customer experience; Food preparation, cooking, serving and customer service with a focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels and cooking methods; Processing dishes and maintaining the washing up area and machines whilst supporting and maintaining the cleanliness of the customer restaurant; Active selling, cash handling, operation of ovens & fryers; Clearing tables, wiping down benchtops and stocktake
Job Responsibility:

Requirements:
Experienced with working in a fast paced, hands-on environment and high-volume food business
Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded
Self-reliant and self-motivated with a proven ability to work as part of a team as well as independently
Enthusiastic about working within a team of like-minded people
Ensures own development through building competence and contribute to a high performing team
Passionate, committed, and have a love for food in its quality and presentation
Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks
Nice to have:
Previous hospitality and cookery experience
