Food co-worker

• Ensuring area is efficiently maintained in compliance with Food standards by keeping it clean, organised, attractive and inviting
• Food preparation and customer service with focus on food safety, controlling waste, and following production levels
• Clearing tables, wiping down benchtops and stocktake
• Active selling, cash handling and customer service
• Operation of ovens and fryers

• Experience working in a fast paced, hands-on environment
• Previous hospitality and cookery experience is highly regarded
• Enthusiastic about working within a team
• Able to follow strict IKEA Food and HACCP policies and daily operational routines around quality and food safety, including temperature and date checks
