Every day, our Food & Beverage Team helps create magical moments by serving delicious food and drinks to our Theme Park and Resort guests. From family-friendly restaurants and buzzing coffee shops to grab-and-go kiosks, no two days are ever the same! As part of the team, you’ll play a big role in fuelling the fun. You’ll deliver service with a smile, keep our outlets running smoothly, and help us exceed guest expectations at every step—from preparation and presentation to those all-important guest interactions.
Job Responsibility:
Greeting guests with energy and enthusiasm
Taking orders, serving food and drinks, and preparing tasty treats
Operating tills, handling cards and cash securely
Preparing and serving hot drinks with care
Keeping outlets sparkling clean and guest ready
Restocking displays and making sure everything looks inviting
Supporting special guests like VIPs and Annual Pass Holders
Hitting sales targets by promoting offers and upselling treats
Helping reduce waste while keeping revenue high
Answering questions and sharing park knowledge to make every visit even better
Requirements:
Proof of right to work in the UK (birth certificate or passport)
Contact details of a reference
Passion for customer service and bringing joy to guests
Confidence when speaking with the public
Great observational and communication skills
Team spirit with the ability to work independently
Willingness to learn, including Health & Safety training
Comfort working outdoors in all weather
