• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with other staff members
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain a clean and organised dining area
• Availability to be scheduled for early starts (from 0530am onwards) on weekdays and weekends
• Flexibility to work varying shifts, including nights, weekends and holidays when required
