Job Description:

Reporting to the Director of Food & Beverage, you’ll support our hotels in delivering consistently high service standards while helping teams achieve commercial and operational targets. Working closely with operational leaders and hotel teams, you’ll play a key role in coaching, supporting and developing Food & Beverage operations across the business. This is a remote role requiring regular travel across our UK hotel portfolio. Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays where required is essential.

Job Responsibility:

  • Supporting the delivery of exceptional dining experiences across all Food & Beverage operations
  • Working collaboratively with managers and teams to ensure service standards are delivered consistently
  • Carrying out operational audits during hotel visits to ensure quality, compliance, and service standards are maintained
  • Monitoring guest satisfaction and supporting corrective action plans where required
  • Supporting labour, stock, and operational cost control initiatives while promoting commercial awareness across teams
  • Supporting training initiatives, coaching team members, and helping managers drive performance and development conversations
  • Promoting compliance with legislative, health & safety, hygiene, and operational standards across all F&B areas

Requirements:

  • Demonstrable success within a Food & Beverage role, including experience supervising or supporting team members
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, coach and influence teams to deliver excellent standards
  • Commercial awareness and an understanding of cost control within Food & Beverage operations
  • Excellent relationship-building and communication skills, with the ability to work collaboratively across departments and hotel teams
  • Passion for Food & Beverage and awareness of current industry trends
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • A valid driving licence and willingness to travel regularly across the UK
