The Food & Beverage Supervisor assists in leading the daily operations of the resort’s dining outlets, lounges, and/or event spaces. This role ensures smooth service execution, guest satisfaction, and adherence to Dellshire Resort’s standards of excellence. The Food & Beverage Supervisor acts as a hands-on leader who supports team members, drives service quality, and upholds the resort’s values of hospitality, teamwork, and attention to detail.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise daily Food & Beverage operations including restaurants, lounges, pool bars, or banquet outlets as assigned
Lead and support front-of-house team members to ensure prompt, professional, and attentive service to all guests
Assist with opening and closing duties, ensuring outlets are fully prepared for service
Monitor guest satisfaction, respond to feedback, and resolve service issues promptly and courteously
Maintain cleanliness, organization, and presentation standards throughout the outlet
Ensure all team members follow Dellshire Resort service standards, food safety guidelines, and sanitation policies
Support staff scheduling, labor management, and daily break coordination based on business needs
Assist with team member training, performance feedback, and coaching to enhance service quality
Communicate effectively with kitchen, bar, and management teams to ensure seamless operations
Support inventory, supply ordering, and cash handling procedures
Conduct daily pre-shift meetings to review menu changes, specials, and service expectations
Promote a positive work environment focused on teamwork, communication, and guest care
Assist with the setup and execution of special events, private dining, and banquets as assigned

Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent required
associate or bachelor’s degree in Hospitality Management preferred
Minimum 2–3 years of experience in Food & Beverage or restaurant operations, with at least 1 year in a supervisory or lead role
Strong knowledge of restaurant service standards, sequence of service, and dining etiquette
Proven leadership ability with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Demonstrated ability to motivate, coach, and guide team members
Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities
Proficiency in POS systems (MICROS, Aloha, or similar) and basic Microsoft Office Suite
ServSafe or TIPS certification preferred
Professional appearance and demeanor consistent with luxury resort standards
Availability to work flexible shifts including mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays
