Job Responsibility:
Supervise and manage all operational aspects of the restaurant during your shift, ensuring professional behaviour and high productivity
Conduct daily staff briefings and take charge in the absence of the Assistant Restaurant Manager and Restaurant Manager
Collaborate closely with kitchen, stewarding, and cashier teams to ensure smooth operations
Conduct weekly training sessions on food and beverage menus to ensure team knowledge and service excellence
Participate in weekly inventory checks for equipment, food items, and stationery
Ensure all orders are issued only against proper documentation
Maintain impeccable appearance and grooming standards for yourself and your team
Ensure timely setup of outlet areas and completion of mise en place aligned with operating hours
Prepare store requisitions and manage stock as required
Welcome guests warmly and ensure prompt, professional service throughout their visit
Maintain cleanliness and upkeep of the outlet and related areas at all times
Address guest complaints directly or escalate to the Outlet Manager as needed
Attend all team meetings and briefings to promote open communication and continuous improvement
Know the menu and pricing thoroughly and provide recommendations to guests
Demonstrate flexibility by working in other areas as needed
Handle basic cashier duties efficiently and accurately
Adhere strictly to Four Seasons Core Standards, Policies & Procedures, and Safety Protocols
Maintain punctuality, wearing correct uniform and nametag at all times
Foster positive working relationships within the outlet team and with other departments
Support and contribute actively to staff meetings, training sessions, and hotel initiatives
Undertake additional duties as assigned by the Assistant Manager or Outlet Manager
Provide clear work direction to servers to ensure high-quality guest service
Supervise service flow and provide hands-on support during service periods
Assist management with coaching and counselling to enhance team capability and guest satisfaction
Requirements:
Experienced in a supervisory role within food and beverage (minimum 2 years preferred)
Strong communicator, enthusiastic, flexible, and attentive to detail
Creative problem solver with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced team environment
Knowledge of additional languages is an advantage
