Job Description:

Food & Beverage Supervisor position at Customs House Bar in Sydney Harbour Marriott Hotel at Circular Quay, responsible for complete closing duties, maintaining work areas, ensuring cleanliness, following safety procedures, and providing excellent guest service while supporting team goals.

Job Responsibility:

Complete closing duties including storing reusable goods, breaking down goods, cleaning equipment and areas
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas
Inspect cleanliness and presentation of all china, glass, and silver
Maintain cleanliness of work areas throughout the day
Follow company safety and security policies
Report accidents, injuries, and unsafe work conditions
Complete safety training and certifications
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean and professional
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Speak with others using clear professional language
Answer telephones using appropriate etiquette
Develop positive working relationships
Support team to reach common goals
Ensure adherence to quality expectations
Read and visually verify information
Perform other reasonable job duties as requested
