Reporting into the Restaurant & Bars Manager, you will be responsible for assisting in managing the smooth operation of the Hotel Restaurant. Ensuring that all brand standards are adhered to and that excellent standards of customer service are delivered.
Job Responsibility:
Maintain Food & Beverage standards of performance across the department according to Company & Brand standards
Ensure the department is adequately staffed in line with business levels
Ensure guests are served efficiently with quality food and drink in a relaxed atmosphere and receive the highest possible standard of care
Maintain effective communication with the Kitchen and other Food and Beverage departments
Maximise revenue generated through selling techniques and good control procedures
Assist with and monitor departmental training and coaching
Requirements:

Food and beverage experience preferred
Supervisory experience within a good quality restaurant
