Job Responsibility:
Supervise dinner operations
Transition into bar or lunch service as needed—flexibility is key
Support staff on the floor, solve problems, and elevate guest experiences
Be a hands on leader serving guests as and when needed
Maintain high standards of hygiene, presentation, and service
Train and inspire your team to deliver exceptional food and beverage knowledge
Monitor stock, control costs, and ensure accurate billing
Uphold RSA and licensing guidelines with confidence and care
Requirements:
Proven experience in event, à la carte and private dining room service
Flexible availability and a team-first mindset
Strong leadership, adaptability, and problem-solving skills
RSA certification and a commitment to responsible service
