Job Description:

With around 20 staff members, the F&B team at 25hours Paper Island is responsible for creating gastronomic sensations. We are looking forward to welcoming you as F&B Supervisor.

Job Responsibility:

  • Ensure that processes are flexible and that tables and work spaces are clean
  • Commit to the high standards of our food, and make sure colleagues are committed to an equally special service experience
  • Conjure up that Wow expression on the guest´s face
  • Support colleagues with a winning smile when all guests pile into the restaurant and want to order at the same time
  • Keep your head above water when there are sudden changes of plan
  • Make sure the accounts are correct and admin processes run smoothly
  • Support colleagues´ development in collaboration with the F&B leadership

Requirements:

  • You´ve completed your training and have already gained experience in the catering business
  • You have fun working with people, and enjoy making others feel good
  • You´re passionate about good food and drinks, and enjoy discovering new concepts
  • You´re not just bringing your abilities, but also your character
