Job Description:

As a Food & Beverage Supervisor at Fairfield by Marriott Bali Kuta Sunset Road, you will ensure staff collaboration and guest satisfaction, monitor dining room operations, assist in staff management, and uphold company policies.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
inspect grooming and attire of staff
complete opening and closing duties
monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety, and guest well-being
assist management in hiring, training, scheduling, evaluating, counseling, disciplining, and coaching employees
follow company policies and safety and security procedures
ensure quality expectations and standards adherence.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 2 years of related work experience
at least 1 year of supervisory experience.
