Requirements

  • Exceptional leadership skills with demonstrated results in developing and motivating teams
  • An unbridled passion for food and a love of sharing 'food stories' with patrons
  • The ability to coordinate and manage the day to day Food & Beverage operations whilst leading and inspiring the team to enhance the guest experience
  • Passion, interest and confidence in wine & spirits with a flair for cocktails
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills with a high level of organisation, accuracy and attention to detail
  • Be a calming influence in the midst of a fast paced environment, with the ability to sustain and drive positive team morale
  • Have the necessary skill to actively resolve complaints and challenges presented by customers
  • Provide guidance, support training and leadership to all team members
  • Be a progressive, creative professional who remains pragmatic and focused in an ever changing environment
  • A team player with the ability to assist in all areas of Food & Beverage operations during peak times
  • Availability to work a 7-day rotating roster, including evenings, weekends, and public holidays
