We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Supervisor to supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team. This position assists in ensuring consistent and thoughtful service and all staff adhere to Four Seasons standards.
Job Responsibility:
Supervise the day-to-day operations for the department in absence of the F&B Management team
Support the integration and training of new employees
Guide the team of Chefs de rang, Commis and trainees in their development
Carry trays correctly, clear and straighten tables
Know the menu and each menu item and be able to explain to customers the drinks on the menu, as well as the composition of cocktails and other dishes
Knowing how to speak and behave is essential when dealing with our customers
Requirements:
The ability to operate computer equipment and other food & beverage computer systems
Possess the legal right to work in France at the time of application
Fluency in French and English
