Radisson Blu Hotel & Spa, Limerick is currently recruiting for a passionate and experienced Food & Beverage Supervisor to join our dedicated team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who loves creating memorable guest experiences and enjoys leading by example in a fast-paced hospitality environment.
Job Responsibility:
Oversee the day-to-day running of F&B outlets, ensuring high service standards at all times
Lead, motivate, and support the team during service
Train and develop team members to deliver exceptional guest experiences
Assist with stock control, ordering, and monitoring wastage
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene standards
Handle guest queries and resolve issues promptly and professionally
Support the management team with scheduling and operational planning
Requirements:
Previous experience in Food & Beverage, ideally in a supervisory or team-leader capacity
A natural leader with a hands-on approach and positive mindset
Strong communication and people skills
Passionate about delivering great service and creating memorable moments
Ability to work well under pressure in a busy environment
Flexibility to work shifts, including evenings and weekends
