Ayers Rock Resort is searching for a Food & Beverage Shift Leader to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. A passionate hospitality leader who will maintain the highest level of guest satisfaction in the provision of Food & Beverage services whilst contributing to effective hotel operations whilst mentoring and guiding new Food & Beverage recruits. Job Responsibility:

  • Assist the Food & Beverage department in its daily operational requirements
  • Supervise the department in the absence of the Food & Beverage Supervisors
  • Complete all duties in line with SOP and train junior staff in SOP
  • Set an example of professional behaviours
  • Participate (attend and engage) in all scheduled training and meetings to assist Ayers Rock Resort management
