Job Description:

The F&B Services Expert at Sheraton Manila Bay is responsible for creating memorable guest experiences through food and beverage services. Tasks include setting up events, interacting with guests, ensuring compliance with safety policies, and supporting teamwork while maintaining high quality standards.

Job Responsibility:

Deliver memorable and unique guest experiences
set tables and event materials
communicate with the kitchen
interact and serve guests
clean work areas and supplies
report maintenance needs, accidents, and unsafe conditions
perform reasonable additional tasks requested by supervisors.

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
at least 1 year of related work experience
no supervisory experience
compliance with company safety and security policies and procedures
ability to perform physical tasks such as lifting up to 25 pounds, standing, sitting, or walking for extended periods
clear and professional communication skills
ability to maintain positive working relationships and adhere to quality expectations.
