Job Description:

Join The Tasman Hotel team in a casual role as a Food & Beverage Service Expert at the signature restaurant Peppina, which specializes in modern Italian cuisine with a local Tasmanian twist. Deliver an exceptional and personalized dining experience while benefiting from access to Marriott's global perks and career opportunities.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure guests of Peppina experience a truly immersive and personalised customer experience
deliver service that is warm, welcoming and memorable from beginning to end
balance elegance with effortless charm

Requirements:

2 years’ experience working in a similar role in a hospitality environment
genuine interest and knowledge of beer, wine, cocktails and all things food
strong work ethic and exceptional customer service skills
excellent communication skills and excellent attention to detail
valid Responsible Service of Alcohol Certificate
valid Do Food Safely Certificate
full working rights in Australia
willing to be flexible is essential as shifts will include days, evenings, weekends and public holidays
