Job Description

We are looking for a passionate Food & Beverage Service Expert Shift Leader to join our wonderful team at London Marriott Hotel County Hall and our awarded Gillray’s Steakhouse & Bar. You will play a key role in delivering exceptional food and beverage services to guests, ensuring memorable experiences through professional menu knowledge, efficient service, and team support.

Job Responsibility

  • Recommend and “sell” menu items using suggestive and up-selling techniques in a professional manner
  • Ensure food and drinks are served in a consistent manner
  • Follow the clearing procedure and ensure rooms are cleared after each shift

  • To ensure that food and drinks are served in a consistent manner, in line with standard presentation for food and drinks
  • To follow the clearing procedure and ensure all room are cleared after each shift
