Job Responsibility:

  • Craft and deliver a tailored dining experience for each guest ensuring their satisfaction from arrival to departure
  • Effectively communicate and recommend food and beverage choices managing all aspects of service within your assigned dining room area
  • Take guest orders accurately and promptly
  • Serve food and beverages in a timely manner
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the dining area
  • Handle guest inquiries and resolve complaints with professionalism
  • Collaborate with kitchen and bar staff to ensure seamless service

Requirements:
