Coordinate food timings to ensure all courses are served seamlessly and maintain the highest standards of food quality and presentation
Confirm that kitchen orders match the guest’s original request before delivering, ensuring precision and guest satisfaction
Serve food and beverages promptly with a warm, hospitable approach that reflects Four Seasons’ renowned service standards
Anticipate guest needs with genuine care, offering personalized menu suggestions that highlight local flavors and signature dishes
Proactively engage with guests to confirm satisfaction and respond swiftly and thoughtfully to any concerns or special requests
Efficiently and accurately close guest checks, handling cash and credit card payments in accordance with Four Seasons Resort Seychelles’ policies
