Job Responsibility:

  • Food & Beverage Presentation and Order Management: Offer vivid and engaging descriptions of menu items
  • Accurately enter guest orders into POS system
  • Coordinate food timings
  • Confirm kitchen orders match guest request
  • Serve food and beverages promptly
  • Guest Engagement and Satisfaction: Anticipate guest needs
  • Offer personalized menu suggestions
  • Proactively engage with guests
  • Respond to concerns or special requests
  • Billing and Payment Processing: Efficiently close guest checks
  • Handle cash and credit card payments
  • Manage voided checks and complimentary meals
  • Setup and Breakdown of Dining Areas: Assist with setup, cleaning, and resetting of tables, buffets, and food stations
