Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to multitask and remain calm under pressure

Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays
Physical stamina to be on your feet for extended periods and carry trays/equipment.

Job Responsibility

Provide warm, welcoming, and attentive service to all guests
Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently
Serve food and drinks to a high standard, ensuring quality and presentation are maintained
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of service areas at all times
Assist with setting up and closing of service areas, including tables and equipment
Anticipate guest needs and respond promptly to requests or queries
Work collaboratively with kitchen and bar teams to ensure smooth service
Adhere to all food safety, health, and hygiene standards.
