Job Description:

Senior Food & Beverage Team Leader role supporting Deputy & Assistant Managers in a busy Inn. A hands-on role leading the front of house team to deliver exceptional service in a fast-paced environment.

Job Responsibility:

  • Lead and supervise front of house team across bar, lounge, restaurant and terrace to ensure exceptional service
  • Oversee the full-service cycle and guest journey
  • Work closely with assistant managers to coordinate daily operations
  • Provide the kitchen team with guest pre orders
  • Provide ongoing training and support during shift
  • Ensure team members are knowledgeable and uphold brand standards
  • Ensure guest expectations are met and address complaints in a timely manner
  • Assist in planning and execution of events
  • Engage with guests regularly gathering feedback
  • Provide team with performance feedback when required

Requirements:

  • Passionate about delivering a high standard of guest service
  • Proactive to ensure the smooth running of your department and team
  • Comfortable with a hands-on role, rolling up sleeves and getting involved with service
  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment, staying calm under pressure while leading a team
  • Previous experience working within a busy, food-led operation
  • Proven experience of leading a team or management experience, preferably in hospitality, food and beverage, or guest service environment
  • Strong interpersonal skills, able to connect and motivate a team
  • Experience of handling guest complaints and operational challenges is desirable
  • Solid background in customer service, delivering a high standard to exceed expectations
  • Flexible with working times as business is open all day every day
