The Food & Beverage Sales & Marketing Manager plays a pivotal role in driving revenue growth and enhancing the hotel’s reservation base through effective management of Online Travel Agencies (OTAs), direct reservation channels, and strategic sales initiatives. This position is responsible for achieving and exceeding monthly cover and revenue budgets while ensuring optimal profitability and exceptional guest satisfaction across all dining venues. Serving as the primary point of contact for all group dining reservations, restaurant buyouts, private dining rooms (PDRs), and special celebrations, the role oversees and optimizes group booking processes for the Food & Beverage Division. Close collaboration with internal stakeholders ensures seamless execution of group events and customized guest experiences. In conjunction with the Commercial Director, Director of Food & Beverage, and Director of PR, this role supports the planning, coordination, and execution of integrated marketing and promotional activities for all restaurants and bars at Four Seasons Hotel Osaka. Responsibilities include participation in monthly PR and marketing plan meetings, development of compelling content, digital engagement initiatives, community activation, and execution of seasonal campaigns aimed at elevating brand visibility, driving awareness, and supporting revenue-generating strategies.

Requirements:
College Education or equivalent
Two years experience in hotel Restaurant Reservation sales or similar, experience in social media, digital marketing, and related industries, preferably within hospitality
Professional Business in English and Fluent-Native in Japanese Language
