Job Description:

Food & Beverage Reservation Agent for The Tasman, a Luxury Collection Hotel in Hobart. The role involves being the first point of contact for guests seeking to dine or host events, managing enquiries, coordinating bookings, and supporting the delivery of seamless, memorable experiences across multiple dining venues including Peppina restaurant, Deco Lounge, Mary Mary bar, and In-Room Dining.

Job Responsibility:

  • Manage all Food & Beverage enquiries via phone and email
  • Coordinate Private Dining Room and outlet event bookings
  • Liaise with Food & Beverage, Catering & Events, and Sales teams
  • Create and distribute menus, event orders, signage and schedules
  • Maintain accurate reservation and event details in booking systems
  • Deliver warm, personalised guest service that reflects The Tasman's luxury standards
  • Uphold compliance, food safety and responsible service of alcohol procedures

Requirements:
