Ayers Rock Resort is searching for an Outdoor Dining Supervisor to live and work onsite at Yulara, NT which is 20 min drive from Uluru, one of Australia's most iconic and culturally significant landmarks. Bring your passion for the outdoors, customer service and hospitality to oversee and lead the Outdoor Dining team while working under the night sky with Uluru and Kata Tjuta as your backdrop. If you have experience managing a team in food and beverage operations such as cafes, restaurants, a la carte, banquet, outdoor dining, or bar we would love to hear from you.   • Setting up and packing down event style settings
  • Assisting guest to and from their bus onto the sand dunes
  • Welcoming and directing guest on the flow of the evening
  • Ensuring service and delivery times are met to ensure maximum customer satisfaction
