Job Description

This role will be responsible for the day-to-day management and execution of marketing, public relations, and social media initiatives for the hotel’s restaurants and bars. Working closely with the Director of Public Relations & Marketing and the Food & Beverage leadership team, this role supports the implementation of marketing campaigns, promotional programming, media relations activities, and digital initiatives that drive awareness and guest engagement across the hotel’s culinary venues.

Job Responsibility

  • Assist with the development and implementation of promotional programming aligned with business needs and seasonal opportunities
  • Coordinate marketing timelines and ensure all campaign deliverables are completed on schedule
  • Ensure marketing collateral and campaign materials are properly distributed across appropriate channels
  • Support the execution of public relations initiatives for restaurants and bars in collaboration with the property’s PR agency and Director of Public Relations & Marketing
  • Coordinate media visits, tastings, influencer partnerships, and press opportunities
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager in organizing content calendars and ensuring marketing assets are delivered on schedule for social media, campaigns, and digital platforms
  • Assist the Senior Director of Digital Strategy with the development and coordination of paid media assets and creative, ensuring all campaign materials are delivered on schedule and aligned with digital campaign timelines and platform requirements
  • Maintain and update all online platforms including: Google Business, Yelp, OpenTable, TripAdvisor, Instagram and Facebook, Stand-alone restaurant websites such as BentoBox
  • Assist Digital Marketing Manager in coordinating photoshoots and content development for use across social media, websites, and marketing campaigns
  • Assist with the creation and distribution of marketing communications including email campaigns and promotional messaging
  • Support the preparation, proofreading, and coordination of menus, marketing collateral, and promotional materials in collaboration with the F&B Operations team
  • Manage timelines and logistics for photoshoots and content creation to support ongoing marketing initiatives

Requirements

  • 3–5+ years of experience in marketing, communications, or public relations within hospitality, restaurants, or lifestyle brands
  • Previous restaurant or hospitality marketing experience strongly preferred
  • Strong understanding of digital marketing platforms, social media, and online reputation management tools
  • Excellent copywriting, proofreading, and communication skills
  • Highly organized with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Detail-oriented and comfortable working in a fast-paced hospitality environment
  • Strong collaboration skills with cross-functional teams including operations, culinary, and marketing
