Job Responsibility

  • Lead and manage the Bar, Restaurant, Banqueting, and Conference F&B teams
  • Maintain exceptional levels of service, quality, and guest satisfaction across all outlets
  • Drive revenue and maximise profitability through effective planning, cost control, and upselling initiatives
  • Oversee staffing levels, rostering, recruitment, and ongoing training and development
  • Work closely with the Executive Chef and senior team on menu planning, promotions, and service enhancements
  • Ensure compliance with HACCP, health & safety, licensing, and all regulatory requirements
  • Manage stock control, ordering, budgeting, and forecasting in line with company standards
  • Support the delivery of weddings, events, corporate functions, and special occasions to the highest standards

Requirements

  • Previous experience as an F&B Manager or strong Assistant F&B Manager ready to step up
  • Proven ability to lead large, diverse F&B teams in a busy 4-star hotel setting
  • Strong knowledge of service standards across bar, restaurant, and banqueting operations
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and people-management skills
  • Financial acumen with experience in budgeting, cost control, stock management, and labour planning
  • A passion for guest experience and service excellence

Nice to have

  • Experience in weddings and large-scale events operations
  • Training & development experience, with a coaching-led leadership style
  • Relevant hospitality or management qualification

  • Control labor and operating expenses through effective scheduling, budgeting, purchasing decisions, and inventory and cash control
  • Observe physical condition of facilities and equipment in the outlet and make recommendations for corrections and improvements as needed
