Oversee food and beverage operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement of supplies for all events held throughout the TCC complex
Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation and pricing strategies. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review
Ensure POS system is maintained and being used for inventory control, accurate reporting and is being used to full potential
Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards for food and beverage offerings and service. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements for food and alcohol service. Conduct regular inspections of food service areas
Collaborate with event planners and other departments to create customized food and beverage plans for various events, including concerts, sports games, and corporate functions
Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends, ensuring a diverse range of options to meet the needs of various clientele
Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of products
Manages employees in the Food & Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees

Requirements:
Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a venue or arena setting
Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, vendors, clients, and guests
Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
Excellent organizational and planning skills
Strong customer service orientation
Knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours to ensure event coverage
