Job Responsibility

  • Oversee food and beverage operations, including scheduling, inventory management, and procurement of supplies for all events held throughout the TCC complex
  • Monitor and analyze financial performance, including budgeting, cost control, revenue generation and pricing strategies. Prepare financial reports and forecasts for management review
  • Ensure POS system is maintained and being used for inventory control, accurate reporting and is being used to full potential
  • Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction by maintaining quality standards for food and beverage offerings and service. Address customer inquiries and complaints promptly and professionally
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and sanitation regulations, as well as licensing requirements for food and alcohol service. Conduct regular inspections of food service areas
  • Collaborate with event planners and other departments to create customized food and beverage plans for various events, including concerts, sports games, and corporate functions
  • Develop and implement innovative menus that reflect current trends, ensuring a diverse range of options to meet the needs of various clientele
  • Establish and maintain relationships with suppliers and distributors to negotiate contracts and ensure quality and timely delivery of products
  • Manages employees in the Food & Beverage Department. Carries out supervisory responsibilities in accordance with Legends Global policies and applicable laws. Responsibilities include interviewing, hiring, and training employees

Requirements

  • Bachelor’s Degree (BA) in Hospitality Management, Culinary Arts, or a related field preferred
  • Minimum 5 years’ experience in Food & Beverage management, preferably in a venue or arena setting
  • Strong leadership skills and the ability to manage a diverse team effectively
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for engaging with staff, vendors, clients, and guests
  • Knowledge of health and safety regulations related to food service
  • Excellent organizational and planning skills
  • Strong customer service orientation
  • Knowledge of Spreadsheet software and Word Processing software
  • Ability to work flexible hours, including nights, weekends and holidays, in addition to normal business hours to ensure event coverage
