Food & Beverage Manager

• Direct and oversee daily operations of all F&B outlets and events, maintaining Marriott brand standards and local flair
• Lead, motivate, and develop a diverse F&B team to deliver exceptional service and achieve financial targets
• Collaborate with the Executive Chef and culinary teams to design innovative menus, seasonal concepts, and beverage programs
• Monitor guest satisfaction and implement continuous improvements based on feedback
• Manage budgets, forecasts, and cost controls to maximize profitability
• Recruit, interview, and hire F&B team members on an ongoing basis
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and hygiene regulations
• Drive F&B marketing and promotional initiatives in collaboration with Sales & Marketing
• Represent F&B leadership in hotel management meetings and cross-departmental initiatives

• Minimum 3 years of experience in F&B leadership, preferably in luxury or lifestyle hotels
• Proven track record of managing multi-outlet operations
• Strong leadership, coaching, and communication skills
• Business acumen with the ability to balance guest experience, quality, and profitability
• Fluent in English
• knowledge of Polish is an advantage
