Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The Food & Beverage Manager supports in overseeing all facets of the Food & Beverage Division.
Job Responsibility:
support in overseeing all facets of the Food & Beverage Division
supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites, including service and product in the Outlets and in the In Room Dining department
maintain par stocks of inventory for all F&B areas
hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff
Requirements:
up to one year previous employment in a related position
thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
college degree is preferred
prior union experience is beneficial
prior New York experience is preferred
prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems is a plus
