Job Description:

Four Seasons Hotel New York is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager with a passion for excellence and great enthusiasm in providing exceptional service standards. The Food & Beverage Manager supports in overseeing all facets of the Food & Beverage Division.

Job Responsibility:

  • support in overseeing all facets of the Food & Beverage Division
  • supervise the consistency, quality and efficiency of food and beverage service and amenities for the hotel’s guest rooms & suites, including service and product in the Outlets and in the In Room Dining department
  • maintain par stocks of inventory for all F&B areas
  • hiring, training, supervising and disciplining of the staff

Requirements:

  • up to one year previous employment in a related position
  • thorough knowledge of guest service, cost control, labor control, merchandising, and accounting
  • college degree is preferred
  • prior union experience is beneficial
  • prior New York experience is preferred
  • prior experience with Opera and Micros computer systems is a plus
