Job Description:

Position responsible for all food and beverage operations at Lampung Marriott Resort & Spa, including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations. Oversees guest and employee satisfaction, maintaining standards and meeting financial goals.

Job Responsibility:

Manage all food and beverage operations including culinary, restaurant, beverage and room service operations
Oversee guest and employee satisfaction
Maintain standards and meet or exceed financial goals
Develop and implement business plan for food and beverage
Develop and manage financial, employee engagement and guest satisfaction plans
Supervise and manage employees
Ensure excellent customer service
Respond to guest concerns
Manage day-to-day operations
Conduct performance reviews
Provide guidance and direction to subordinates
Develop training programs
Analyze information and evaluate results to solve problems

Requirements:

High school diploma or GED with 4 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
OR 2-year degree from accredited university in Food Service Management, Hotel and Restaurant Management, Hospitality, Business Administration, or related major with 2 years experience in food and beverage, culinary, or related professional area
Knowledge and proficiency of all applicable food and beverage laws and regulations
Experience in developing and implementing business plans
Financial management skills
Leadership and team management experience
Customer service excellence
Interpersonal and communication skills
Ability to develop and maintain budgets
