We are looking for a dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our Galle Fort Hotel to lead its dining operations, deliver exceptional guest experiences, and drive service excellence. Job Responsibility:
Manage all day-to-day operations of the F&B Department within budgeted guidelines and to be of the highest standards
Ensure consistent high-quality service and product standards are maintained
Manage budgets and financial plans for the food & beverage department
Ensure compliance with health, safety and hygiene standards
Develop and execute marketing and promotional strategies
Assist in recruiting, training and developing food & beverage staff
Requirements:
Professional qualification in hospitality from a recognized university/institute
Proven leadership skills with a focus on team development and operational excellence
A minimum of two years of experience in a similar role
Pleasant personality with a customer centric approach
Exceptional communication, organizational and problem solving skills
