Join as Food & Beverage Manager where you will be responsible to lead the hotel's food & beverage division and accountable for operations, personnel, and customer satisfaction results.
Job Responsibility:
You will maintain and promote the hotels operational excellence and responsible for the hotels overall food & beverage offering
You will continuously check the quality of service and satisfaction of guests daily through a strong presence in the restaurants, bar and themed al la carte outlets, especially during peak hours
You will actively seek opportunities to improve service quality in general and improve efficiency whilst detecting any shortcomings in the service and develops measures to address them
Ensures that all team members have appropriate F&B knowledge and provide regular team and 1-1 training
Work with the Executive Chef to ensure that menu pricing calculations are in proportion to the budgeted goods and sales figures, periodic menu engineering is carried out in line with the TUI F&B guidelines
Controls the adherence to the recipes across all outlets using spot checks and monthly inventories
Responsible for printed content and condition (menu cards, buffet signs, posters & flyers for special promotions, etc.) and CI complies with specifications
Creates department forecasts and budgets and submit monthly evaluation and commentary of costs
You will ensure daily implementation of all product and service standards as per TUI guidelines and operation.
Requirements:
Previous Food & Beverage management / operational experience is required - preferably within large fast-paced hotel environment
Preferably with experience in beach resorts and all-inclusive concept
Bachelor’s degree in hospitality, business, or a related field
In-depth knowledge of sanitation principles, food preparation and cooking techniques and nutrition including delivering with ingredient limitations
Previous experience with cost controlling with food and bar management/compliance
A strong guest focused mindset with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced environment
A strong team player and natural leader with effective communication skills promoting teamwork and collaboration
Fluent written and verbal English is required for this role. Additional languages are highly advantageous.
