We are looking for a leader who takes ownership on the floor while partnering closely with senior leadership. The Food & Beverage Manager at Jimmy B’s reports directly to the Food & Beverage Director and plays a key role in executing daily operations, developing teams, and delivering exceptional guest experiences in a high-volume, entertainment-driven environment. As we gear up for the upcoming season, this role will also support the continued growth of events, activations, and special programming at Jimmy Bs.
Job Responsibility:
Execute daily food & beverage operations in alignment with direction from the Food & Beverage Director
Lead front-of-house bar operations with a strong focus on service execution and guest engagement
Support high-volume service periods, maintaining speed, quality, and consistency
Assist in the planning, execution, and on-site leadership of events, live entertainment, promotions, and activations
Partner with leadership as we expand event offerings and increase seasonal bookings
Coach and develop bartenders, servers, and support staff, reinforcing service and safety standards
Collaborate with the F&B Director on staffing, scheduling, labor management, and cost controls
Ensure compliance with alcohol service laws, safety standards, and company policies
Maintain a strong floor presence—leading by example and escalating issues appropriately
Contribute to a positive, inclusive culture aligned with Pyramid values and Jimmy B’s brand
Requirements:
3–5 years of food & beverage management experience
Proven success in a high-volume bar or nightlife environment
Heavy bar operations experience required
Experience supporting or executing events, promotions, or venue activations
Ability to make quick decisions in high stress situations
Strong communication, follow-through, and team leadership skills
Ability to take direction, prioritize effectively, and adapt during peak and seasonal volume
Flexible availability, including nights, weekends, and holidays
