Job Responsibility
Oversee multiple dining areas
Work closely with the General Manager to maintain and exceed high service standards
Oversee entire spectrum of food and beverage operations
Drive commercial performance, control costs, and optimise revenue
Ensure members and guests receive high quality dining experiences
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep
Monitor rotas and payroll
Support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management
Requirements
Leadership experience in Food & Beverage management
Strong financial skills in budgeting, cost control, and sales analysis
Excellent people management skills, with a focus on recruitment, training, and performance
Ability to exemplify exceptional service standards and exceed guest expectations
Strong communication skills
Experience in inventory management and supplier relations
