Job Responsibility

Lead a dedicated team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
Oversee multiple dining areas, working closely with the General Manager, to maintain and exceed high service standards
Oversee the entire spectrum of the food and beverage operations and drive commercial performance, control costs, and optimise revenue whilst ensuring members and guests receive high quality dining experiences
Manage inventory, supplier relationships, and facility upkeep
Monitor rotas and payroll and support team development with continuous collaboration with senior management
