Job Description:

We are looking for enthusiastic and service-focused Food & Beverage Expert to deliver exceptional dining experiences at Sheraton Melbourne Hotel. You’ll work across our restaurants, bars, and event spaces, ensuring every guest feels welcomed and cared for.

Job Responsibility:

Provide friendly, professional service to all guests
Set up, stock, and maintain work areas throughout your shift
Ensure cleanliness and presentation of tables, glassware, and equipment
Assist with opening and closing duties, including restocking and cleaning
Follow safety and hygiene standards at all times
Work collaboratively with your team to create a positive environment

Requirements:

A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle physical tasks (lifting up to 25kg, standing for extended periods)
Strong communication skills and a positive attitude
Previous experience in food and beverage or hospitality is an advantage, but not essential
