Job Description:

We are seeking enthusiastic and service-driven Food & Beverage Experts to join our dynamic team. In this hands-on role, you’ll deliver memorable dining experiences across our restaurants, bars, in-room dining, and event spaces.

Job Responsibility:

Provide warm, professional service to all guests in dining and event areas
Assist with food and beverage service, table setup, and clearing
Maintain cleanliness and hygiene throughout service using clean-as-you-go practices
Respond promptly to guest requests and ensure their comfort and satisfaction
Support opening and closing duties including restocking, cleaning, and setup
Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure smooth operations
Communicate effectively with team members and supervisors
Attend briefings and training sessions to stay informed and upskill
Follow all company policies, safety procedures, and hygiene standards
Maintain a professional appearance and comply with uniform guidelines
Protect guest privacy and company assets.

Requirements:

Previous experience in hospitality or customer service preferred
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing needs
Flexibility to work rotating shifts, including weekends and public holidays
Responsible Service of Alcohol (RSA) certificate advantageous
Hospitality qualification (e.g., Certificate III in Hospitality) desirable but not essential.
