Job Description:

Food & Beverage Executive position at Marriott Executive Apartments Bengaluru UB City, responsible for ensuring optimum service, staff supervision, and guest satisfaction in dining operations.

Job Responsibility:

Ensure staff is working together as a team
Inspect storage areas for organization
Complete scheduled inventories and stock
Assist management in hiring, training, scheduling
Follow all company and safety policies
Ensure uniform and personal appearance are clean
Welcome and acknowledge all guests
Develop and maintain positive working relationships
Identify and implement ways to increase efficiency

Requirements:

High school diploma or G.E.D. equivalent
At least 2 years of related work experience
At least 1 year of supervisory experience
Inspect grooming and attire of staff
Complete opening and closing duties
Monitor dining rooms for seating availability, service, safety
Complete work orders for maintenance repairs
Stand, sit, or walk for extended periods
Move, lift, carry, push, pull objects up to 50 pounds
Move through narrow, confined, or elevated spaces
Move up and down stairs and/or service ramps
