As Duty Manager, you will be a key member of the hotel's operational leadership team, supporting the day-to-day management of all departments while ensuring exceptional service standards throughout the guest journey. This is a hands-on role for a hospitality professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys leading from the floor. While experience within Food & Beverage operations is highly desirable, this position offers exposure across the entire hotel, including Front Office, Accommodation, Conferences & Events, and Guest Services. The successful candidate will play an important role in developing teams, enhancing guest satisfaction, and supporting the overall success of the hotel.
Job Responsibility
Support the daily operation of all hotel departments, ensuring exceptional guest service standards are consistently achieved
Act as Manager on Duty, taking responsibility for the smooth running of the hotel during assigned shifts
Lead, motivate, and support operational teams across Food & Beverage, Front Office, Accommodation, and Events
Drive service excellence by maintaining high standards of presentation, professionalism, and guest engagement
Handle guest feedback and resolve issues promptly, professionally, and effectively
Support the delivery of conferences, weddings, and special events to ensure memorable guest experiences
Ensure compliance with company policies, health & safety requirements, licensing regulations, and brand standards
Assist department managers with training, coaching, and team development initiatives
Monitor operational performance and identify opportunities for continuous improvement
Foster a positive, collaborative culture that reflects the values of Radisson Blu and The iNUA Hotel Collection
Requirements
Minimum 2 years' experience in a supervisory or management role within a hotel environment
Strong operational knowledge of hospitality, ideally including Food & Beverage operations
Excellent leadership and team development skills
Exceptional communication and guest service abilities
Strong organisational and problem-solving skills
Ability to remain calm and professional in a fast-paced environment
